This is a very unique style apartment. This suite separates the building so the advantage of receiving the largest balcony is great when you're having your summer barbeque with family and friends. The unit is the only one bedroom apartment to feature his and her closets, and plenty of room in the bedroom for a bed, computer desk and an armour. The living area is more triangle in shape, thus giving it it's unique decor. Our Jubilee suite is one of our smaller one bedrooms: however, has characteristics not found with any of the other one bedroom suites. This apartment has a full length breakfast bar counter in the kitchen which allots space for bar stools, leaving plenty of space for living room furniture. The bedroom also consists of closet organizers with bi-fold doors.Amenities

This is one of the brightest suites with exposure from 2 sides because it is a corner unit. This very stunning suite has an entrance with a coat closet, and a dining area parallel with the living room. The kitchen has loads of counter/cupboard space and deep storage drawers. This unit is located on the 2rd floor (we do have an elevator) and the building is only 7 years old. It is decorated in neutral tones. Perfect for rommates, this suite offers privacy between both bedrooms as the living room located in between. The master bedroom comes with a walk in closet only found in this layout. It has an east facing balcony for sunny morning wake ups but not the extra heat in the evening. Rent includes heat/water/window coverings and 5 appliances. Some pets are welcome with paid pet fee and landlord approval.This suite has new carpets and new paint and is on the top floor.
